2. Subscription and Payments

Ground Truth offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase.
• Refunds: Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase. Contact us at sam@itsgroundtruth.com for refund inquiries.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content published on Ground Truth, including articles, analysis, data, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Ground Truth and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

As a subscriber, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and read our content for your own personal or professional use. Sharing login credentials or distributing paid content to non-subscribers is prohibited.
